Send your deposit
A $30 CAD non-refundable deposit is required. Send it by Interac e-Transfer to Awojobioluwapelumi2004@gmail.com with your name as the message.
Prepare your hair
Arrive with hair washed, detangled, dry, and product-free so the appointment can start on time.
Add important notes
Add hair color, inspo photo links, tender scalp notes, or special requests in the booking notes before confirming.
Booking Policies

Please read before booking. A $30 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Prices can change based on length, size, hair density, hair color, and add-on services. Use the notes section during booking for hair color or special requests.
Deposits
- A $30 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Send your deposit by Interac e-Transfer to Awojobioluwapelumi2004@gmail.com with your name as the message.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment via cash.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before their appointment to transfer their deposit to a new date within the same month.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 15 minutes, a $10 CAD late fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes you are late.
- After 40 minutes, please call before coming to confirm if your appointment can still be honored.
- Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
Hair Prep
- Please come with your hair washed, detangled, dry, and product-free.
- Clean and dry hair allows your stylist to start right away and ensures the best results.
- Your braid style cannot be changed on the day of your appointment.
Before Your Appointment
- Write important details in the booking notes instead of texting separately.
- Add hair color, inspo photo links, tender scalp notes, or special requests before confirming your appointment.
- Arrive with your hair ready: washed, detangled, and blow-dried if required for your style.
