Deposits

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- No late fee is charged on this website.
- After the grace period, your appointment may need to be shortened, moved, or rescheduled depending on Jessie’s schedule.
- Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
Hair Prep
- Please come with your hair washed, detangled, dry, and product-free.
- Clean and dry hair allows your stylist to start right away and ensures the best results.
- Your braid style cannot be changed on the day of your appointment.
Before Your Appointment
- Write important details in the booking notes instead of texting separately.
